RESERVATION :

​

Eyelash Extensions, Lift and Tint services is appointments only [Book Appointment]. We recommend scheduling an appointment for all of other Eyelash extension services to ensure availability. To reserve any services, we require a credit card .

​

WE HAVE A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY :

​

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR ISSUES AFTER THE FIRST EYELASH APPOINTMENT, THE FIRST 3 DAYS WILL BE FREE FIX IF YOU CALL US WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD

​

If you feel sick, Call us ASAP. ‘PLEASE NEVER NO SHOW’, we aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. However, this is not cheap and good people are hard to find. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time.

For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue. But, we’re reasonable. We understand that things “come up.”

​

Therefore, we only charge $20 of the deposit fee that would have been rendered and only if we cannot find another client to fill your slot.

​

LATE ARRIVAL / NO-SHOW :

​

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be charged $20 of the deposit fee.

JEWELRY :
 

We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.
 

CELL PHONES :

​

To guaranty a relaxing visit, we ask that you please mute cell phones or any electronic devices during your visit with us.

GRATUITIES :

​

Cash gratuities are accepted for exceptional services. The average gratuity for service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction

BLING LASH STUDIO PROMOTIONS :

Our specials can not be used or combined with any other offers, promotions or third party gift certificates.

REFUND POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN OUR STORE :

Products & Service purchased in our stores is non refundable.  All services are final.
